最近在给学生辅导论文的时候，发现很多学校都在格式要求里面提到需要新增英文的目录，我的一个学生就对着中文目录把每个章节标题一个个翻译出来，打上黑色的小点与页码连接......弄了好久，但最终格式出来乱七八糟。

所以在这里想跟大家分享快速生成英文目录的方法，是目前我尝试大量word骚操作以后，觉得最迅速、有效的方法，觉得有用的可以收藏转发~

首先把中文的目录通过引用——插入目录生成

把中文目录全部复制粘贴到百度翻译

把全部翻译好的英文目录复制粘贴到空白文档里面，但是目录中的制表符就没有了

所以我们需要在页码前面加上制表符，因此需要通过制表符对页码进行定位。

操作如下：

^p表示单位数的页码 ，如果有双位数输入^p即可,

添加制表符后的文档如下↓↓

接下来把制表符变成目录的格式，全选段落——制表位

制表位一般设置38即可，选择样式5。

点击确定即可变成目录的格式，这个格式无论怎么调整都不会产生文字溢出或者段落不齐的情况。

最后根据学校格式要求调整一级标题、二级标题的字体大小即可。
