最近在给学生辅导论文的时候,发现很多学校都在格式要求里面提到需要新增英文的目录,我的一个学生就对着中文目录把每个章节标题一个个翻译出来,打上黑色的小点与页码连接......弄了好久,但最终格式出来乱七八糟。
所以在这里想跟大家分享快速生成英文目录的方法,是目前我尝试大量word骚操作以后,觉得最迅速、有效的方法,觉得有用的可以收藏转发~
首先把中文的目录通过引用——插入目录生成把中文目录全部复制粘贴到百度翻译把全部翻译好的英文目录复制粘贴到空白文档里面,但是目录中的制表符就没有了
所以我们需要在页码前面加上制表符,因此需要通过制表符对页码进行定位。
操作如下:^p表示单位数的页码 ,如果有双位数输入^p即可,添加制表符后的文档如下↓↓接下来把制表符变成目录的格式,全选段落——制表位制表位一般设置38即可,选择样式5。点击确定即可变成目录的格式,这个格式无论怎么调整都不会产生文字溢出或者段落不齐的情况。
最后根据学校格式要求调整一级标题、二级标题的字体大小即可。
