上期，我们介绍了在船舶层面如何落实船员身心健康保障措施。本期，我们来看一下《船员身心健康管理操作指南（试行）》在船员个人层面，针对加强身心健康自我调节应对提了哪些建议。

强化个人身体素质推荐做法

保证良好的睡眠

每天应尽量保证6至8小时的连续睡眠时间，一次睡眠时长为一个睡眠周期（90至100分钟）的倍数更能缓解疲劳。

在两次排班中间也可以小睡20至60分钟。

个人业余时间不要沉溺于看电视、看电影或者上网聊天等，每次以不超过2小时为宜。提倡积极参加集体活动、适当运动，可整理个人卫生、养花草，也可阅读、冥想等。

适量运动

建议每天进行30至60分钟的有氧运动，慢跑、瑜伽、跳舞、跳绳、甚至唱歌均可，也可应用体感运动、AI健身等小程序进行运动。建议积极参加集体活动，更易坚持，也能提高锻炼效果。同时要注意防止运动强度或运动量过大造成运动损伤。

部分船员，尤其是轮机部的船员相对缺乏日照，建议个人业余时间可到甲板等开阔区域晒太阳、透透风或者锻炼，夏季不超过30分钟，春秋和冬季以1至2个小时为宜。可预防和治疗骨质疏松、抗风湿，也能防止和缓解抑郁。

均衡饮食

多补充各种肉类、鱼虾等海鲜类、豆制品、奶类等蛋白质含量较高的食物。多吃蔬菜和水果，保证身体维生素的摄入。

当船上新鲜蔬菜和水果补给不足时，可适量补充维生素C或维生素片。

少吃咸菜、腐乳等高盐食物，少吃零食、甜食和碳酸饮料，戒烟限酒。

注意及时补充水分，每天应饮用1200至1500毫升的白开水，体力劳动多或运动量大时，注意增加饮水。

降低船上工作环境不良因素给身体带来的影响

在机舱等一些高噪声的场所，或者进行机加工、除锈、敲击等作业时，要先戴好耳塞或者耳罩，避免在噪声较大的环境中佩戴耳机调高音量收听音乐。

进行洗舱作业时，要戴好面罩、口罩和手套、防护服等防护用品。

出入有粉尘的场所或进行产生粉尘的作业，应戴好防尘口罩。

提升个人心理素质推荐做法

提升自我认知。了解个人的优点、弱点和情绪反应模式，这有助于更好地管理个人情绪和应对挑战。

学习应对技巧。学习呼吸放松法、渐进式肌肉放松法、正念放松减压法等，有助于在面对压力时保持冷静。
